Cayla
Dental Assistant
Cayla has been in the dental field for four years and recently joined our staff. She loves anything outdoors, including camping, hiking, fishing, sports recreation, crystal shopping, and thrifting. Cayla is a proud cat mom to her fur baby, Link, and enjoys spending quality time with her nephews—Noah, Gannon, and Atley. And just so you know, Cayla proudly admits she has a big sweet tooth!
Holly
Dental Assistant
Holly graduated from RCTC in 2004 and joined our team in 2023. What she enjoys most about her work is seeing patients leave our office grateful and with a smile.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with family and friends, practicing Pilates, and watching her son, Graham, play soccer in the spring and fall. She also has a dog named Chip.
Carrie
Dental Assistant
Carrie joined our office in June 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 1995, and later completed her Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) degree at South Central College in North Mankato in 2010.
Carrie loves helping patients feel more confident about their smiles and enjoys educating them on how to achieve a healthier mouth and overall well-being.
In her free time, Carrie enjoys pickleball, spending time outdoors, being with family, walking her dog, exploring new cities, and visiting breweries and wineries. She is a newlywed to her husband Dennis and treasures time with her three adult children, her wonderful son-in-law, and her two beautiful grandchildren. At home, she’s also kept company by her Goldendoodle, “Dude.”
Libertee
Dental Assistant
Libertee joined our office after graduating from South Central College–Mankato in May 2025. She enjoys the variety of work she does as an assistant and appreciates the opportunity to learn new skills each day.
In her free time, Libertee enjoys playing her Nintendo Switch and spending time with friends and family. Her family includes her boyfriend, Logan, and her cats: Ash, Blaise, Tillie, and Melvin.

Dental Hygienist
Chiara
Dental Hygienist
Chiara joined our office in 2023. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in 2019 and completed dental hygiene school at Kirkwood Community College in 2022. Chiara loves seeing her wonderful patients and working with her team each day, and she is passionate about helping people achieve and maintain healthy smiles.
Outside of the office, Chiara enjoys running her crystal, rock, and mineral business, as well as reading, biking, and visiting national parks. Chiara’s family includes her fiancé, Tyler.
Mercedes
Dental Hygienist
Mercedes joined our team in 2024 and loves her career because of the wonderful people she gets to see every day. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, Ellie and Samantha, as well as acrylic painting, gardening, and hiking.
Jess
Dental Hygienist
Jess graduated from the University of Minnesota–Rochester Argosy and joined our team three months ago. She is passionate about caring for her patients and helping them feel confident in their smiles.
Outside of the office, Jess enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Matt, their two children, Jack and Olivia, and their two dogs, Cali and Gracie. In her free time, she loves hiking, fishing, and traveling.
Kaylyn
Dental Hygienist
Kaylyn graduated in 2022 from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She joined our team in July 2025 and is passionate about helping patients improve and maintain their oral health. Kaylyn enjoys building relationships with her patients and making each visit a positive experience.
Outside of the office, Kaylyn enjoys singing, playing guitar, watching movies, football season, shopping, and going on walks. She grew up in Utah and moved to Minnesota for her husband’s medical residency. Kaylyn is also a proud cat mom to four cats!
Meet The Administrative Team
Lori
Office Manager
Lori was born and raised in Rochester, MN, making her a familiar and friendly face to many in the community. With over 15 years of experience in dentistry—both clinical and administrative—she is knowledgeable and versatile, supporting all areas of Rochester Dental Clinic.
Lori lives in Oronoco with her husband, Brian, and their dog, Briggs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son Bryce’s family, including her two wonderful grandsons. You’ll often find Lori cheering on the Minnesota Twins and Vikings, as well as enjoying boating, fishing, and quality time with friends.
Brandi
Office Administrator
Brandi is originally from Omaha, Texas, and brings over 10 years of comprehensive dental experience to the practice.
With a background spanning both clinical care and business operations, she offers a well rounded understanding of patient needs and contributes to creating a friendly, seamless experience for every visitor.
Her first and favorite role is being a mom to her son, Connor. Brandi and her husband, Corey, also share their home with their yellow lab, Jersey. Outside of work, she enjoys watching Gopher football, baking, and traveling.
Brandi’s commitment to compassionate service, paired with her diverse experience, makes her an invaluable member of our team.
Michele
Office Administrator
Michele grew up in the Rochester area and joined the dental field 13 years ago, officially becoming part of our team in 2025. With a lifetime of experience in customer service—rooted in growing up in a family business—she is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and at ease. Michele especially enjoys connecting with patients and helping to calm any anxieties they may have.
Outside of the office, Michele cherishes time with her husband of 46 years, Ken, their five children, and seven grandchildren. She loves cheering on her grandkids at sporting events, dance recitals, band concerts, and equestrian competitions. In her free time, Michele also enjoys golfing, sewing, and gathering with friends.
Cinthya
Office Administrator
Cinthya joined Rochester Dental Clinic from Humboldt, Iowa, bringing over two years of experience in the dental field. She keeps our front desk running smoothly and is highly multi-talented. Cinthya is bilingual and holds certifications as a phlebotomist, esthetician, and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).
Cinthya relocated to Rochester with her husband, Steve, their three beautiful children—Sophia, Caleb, and Eli—and their cat, Max. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, traveling, and home décor.
